Our series of Learn to Lead Workshops For Accountants was created following 8 months of research and feedback from small to medium accounting firms.

As part of this process, we were able to identify key developmental gaps in the market. If you are looking for a better way to develop the management and leadership skills of your key people or hone your own leadership skills in the context of the modern small to medium accounting practice, then this series of workshops is for you.
